At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or supplies do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, uncut condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold and pack the uncut fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to verify they are uncut and unwashed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
